Motorcity Europe is launching a series of creative design and portfolio seminars. Open to students, professionals, working designers and even non-designers, the goal of these interactive seminars is to improve designer’s skills, job potential, plus broaden the general knowledge base of creativity and automotive design.
During these tough times in the Automotive business, it is critical that all Designers (with or without a job!), keep there skills fresh, advanced and improved. Motorcity Europe has decided to build a Design training and seminar program, in order to help Designers of all levels improve their abilities, and be ready for the next phase in our industry. These seminars will be open to working Designers, students, Engineers and anyone who wants to work within the Automotive Design community. Two different levels of Seminar will be available: Intermediate and Advanced. The Intermediate level is open to students and non working designers. The Advanced level is open to those with a Design degree and some working experience.
There will also be 2 different Seminar lengths available: A 2 day weekend package, and a 5 day project package. In these seminars, you will work in our Cologne Design Studio, directly with several well known professional Designers, who will individually instruct you in the following methods:
-Sketching and visualizing techniques.
-Clay and digital modeling methods.
-Portfolio improvement.
-Presentation skills.
-Creative thinking approaches.
-Automotive and Product Design business strategies.
Normally, you would have to attend a major University for months to receive this kind of intensive training. However, instead of working with teachers, you will be directly interacting with top Designers working in the business now! This is the only intensive Auto Design training seminar being offered in the world today. Now is the perfect time to improve your abilities and be ready for the next market wave.
