The AWESOME LEGO Car Creations of Firas Abu-Jaber

head_lego

As artists and kids at heart, we ALL love LEGO.  No matter what time of year LEGO blocks are the best gift for a creative person, often mesmerizing us for hours (or days?) on end.  It’s like catnip for Industrial Designers.  So, when we came across the terrific automotive LEGO creations of Firas Abu-Jaber over at his gallery (CarsParadise) we were thoroughly happy (and mesmerized again).

His work using the standard LEGO block sets is fantastic, creating Lambos, Audis, Ferraris, and semi trucks out of passion for the hobby.  His ability to capture the vehicle’s design using 90-degree rectangles is spot on, from profile and proportion to the interiors.

Pure awesomeness.  My weekend plans are set.
