Ford’s Computer Hot Rod

naiastemplate-12

Here is an interesting interview of J Mays by Re*Move.  J talks about the future of car design and the process of which it will be done.  It is an encouraging perspective and one that you can’t argue with since Ford is the only domestic OEM not being paid by the tax payers.

Re*Move – Joseph Simpson and Mark Charmer talk to J Mays – Ford’s Global Vice President of Design and Chief Creative Officer – about the Lincoln C Concept Car, design thinking at Ford and the future of car design in general.

Thanks for the link @JoeSimpson

Very interesting but it does make sense though does it not? Now that J Mays has time to focus on the core brands I hope to see the Focus RS on American shores pretty soon. =D

I’m so sick of everyone talking about the fact that Ford is the only company not borrowing money from the tax payers…thats because they managed to borrow enough money from the banks just before the credit crisis! And who payed for the banks when they crumbled? we did…so whats the difference! Just bad timing for everyone else. point blank.
