Design Registration League: Protection for Industrial Designs

Looking to protect your designs? The Design Registration League (DRL) has been created to do just that.

Helping professionals, students, and those interested in Design, the DRL “is a coalition of design-conscious companies, associations and individual designers whose singular goal is to get the U.S. Congress to introduce and pass long overdue sui generis industrial design legislation.”
(From their website, ProtectDesigns.org)

The goal is to get US design protection in line with the rest of the world to help combat the relentless pursuit of “knock-off” companies.

Hey, it’s better than mailing a sketch to yourself.
